Shipping policy

Ready-made sets are already painted and boxed, so there’s no making time on your order — the only wait is the post. Custom sets are painted to your measurements after you order, so those take about 2–3 weeks before they ship.

Standard shipping is a flat $6.80 and express is $12.75. Shipping is free once your order reaches $65 — it comes off automatically at checkout, there’s no code to enter.

You’ll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way. If a package goes missing or the tracking stalls, message me at moonlightkittynailswork@gmail.com and I’ll chase it with the carrier.

Please measure before you order

Whatever you’re ordering — ready-made or custom — please check your nails against my size guide first. It takes about three minutes, and if you’re between two sizes, always choose the larger one: a slightly wide nail files down along the sides in seconds, while one that’s too small can’t be adjusted at all. All sales are final

Because every set is hand-painted by me in tiny numbers, I’m not able to accept returns, refunds or exchanges for the wrong size or a change of heart. The one exception is damage: if your set arrives damaged, message me within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging, and once I’ve confirmed it I’ll send you an exchange free of charge. Requests made after 14 days, or without photo proof, can’t qualify for an exchange. Read the full policy →
