Sizing questions are my favourite kind of message, so please send one. Measure your nails before every order — ready-made sets included — and if you’re between two sizes, always choose the larger one. A slightly wide nail files down along the sides in seconds; one that’s too small can’t be adjusted, leaves your natural nail showing at the edges, and lifts far sooner. All sales are final, so I’d far rather help you pick the right set than have you stuck with the wrong one.

If your order arrives damaged

Message me within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it came in. Once I’ve confirmed the damage I’ll send you an exchange, free, and you won’t need to post anything back. Requests made after 14 days, or without photo proof, can’t qualify for an exchange. And if I’ve simply sent you the wrong set, that one’s my mistake to fix — just message me and I’ll put it right. See the refund policy →
