How do I find my size?
Please measure your nails before you order — even if you've worn press-ons before. It takes about three minutes with a strip of tape and a ruler, and it's the single biggest thing between you and a set that looks salon-made. Nail sizes aren't standard across brands, so it's always worth measuring fresh against my chart. Here's how to measure →
Every ready-made set is ten nails — one for each finger, both hands. Once you have your numbers, match them to the bands below and choose XS, S, M or L on the product page, and I'll pack the ten nail sizes that match.

What if I'm between two sizes?
Always go with the larger one — never the smaller. A nail that runs a touch wide files down along the sides in seconds and then sits beautifully. A nail that's too small can't be made bigger: it leaves your natural nail showing at the edges, it never sits flush on the nail bed, and it lifts far sooner. Sizing up gives you the prettiest finish and the longest wear, every time.
What if I'm still not sure which size to pick?
Please just ask me. Message me before you order with your measurements and I'll tell you exactly which size I'd pack for you. I'd so much rather help you choose than have you end up with a set that doesn't sit right — and there's no such thing as a silly question here.
Can I return a set if I change my mind, or if the size is wrong?
All sales are final. Every set is hand-painted by me in tiny numbers and press-ons are worn right against the nail bed, so once a set has left me I'm not able to offer returns, refunds or exchanges — and that includes a change of heart and the wrong size. Choosing your size is the one part that's yours, which is exactly why I've tried to make it as easy as possible: measure first, size up if you're between two, and message me if you're unsure.
What if my order arrives damaged?
That one's on me. If your set arrives damaged, message me at moonlightkittynailswork@gmail.com within 14 days of the delivery date with clear photos of the nails and of the packaging they came in. Once I've confirmed the damage I'll send you an exchange, free, and you don't need to post anything back. Requests made after 14 days, or without photos, can't be accepted — so please do check your parcel as soon as it lands. Full policy here.
How long do they actually last?
Glue gives you the long wear — 2–3 weeks for most people, with the prep steps in the box. Prefer a shorter commitment? Use the adhesive tabs instead: a few days of gentle wear, and they pop off whenever you want them off. A well-sized set always wears longer than one that's slightly too small, which is the other reason measuring is worth the three minutes.
Will they damage my natural nails?
Nope. There's no drilling, no acetone soak-off, and no UV curing. Follow the gentle removal steps and your natural nails stay healthy underneath.
Can I reuse a set?
Yes — that's the magic. Remove them carefully, dab off the tabs, and store them in the box. Many sets can be re-worn several times.
Do you take custom requests?
Always — custom sets are my favourite. Tell me your colours, theme, shape and length and send me your measurements in millimetres, and I'll come back to you with a plan and a price before anything gets painted. Nothing is charged until you've said yes to both. Start here — custom sets take about 2–3 weeks.
How much is shipping, and how long will it take?
Standard shipping is a flat $6.80 and express is $12.75, and shipping is free once your order reaches $65. It comes off automatically at checkout — there's no code to enter. Ready-made sets are already painted and boxed, so there's no making time on your order; the only wait is the post. Custom sets are painted to your measurements after you order, so those take about 2–3 weeks before they ship.
Is there a deal if I buy more than one set?
Yes — put four sets in your cart and the cheapest one is free, so four sets cost you the price of three. It comes off automatically at checkout, there's no code to enter, and it's one free set per order. Four sets also clears the $65 mark, so the postage is on me as well. The offer covers the ready-made sets; custom sets are painted one at a time to your own measurements, so those aren't part of it.
