Moonlight Kitty is a one-person studio — every set is hand-painted by me, and every message here comes straight to me. I answer within 1–2 business days.

Not sure which size to pick? Please ask me before you order. Measure your nails first — a strip of tape and a ruler, about three minutes — then send me the ten numbers and I'll tell you exactly which size I'd pack for you. All sales are final, so I'd far rather help you land on the right set than have you stuck with one that doesn't sit right. If you're between two sizes, always go with the larger one: a slightly wide nail files down along the sides in seconds, while one that's too small can't be made bigger. Did your order arrive damaged? Send me your order number within 14 days of the delivery date, along with clear photos of the nails and of the packaging they came in. Once I've confirmed the damage I'll send you an exchange, free — and you don't need to post anything back. Requests made after 14 days, or without photos, can't be accepted. See the refund policy.
